After getting a multi-week runaround from Ford on my transmission issue, finally called MDC and they got my car in the next day. Communication was prompt, they asked for clearance before doing any work which was greatly appreciated (no surprise charges or bills). Learned their tech was very excited to work on a 10R80 transmission and that enthusiasm makes a big difference between "okay" work and someone who cares about your car as much as you do. 10/10 will be returning for any repairs or upgrades.
