Mike picks each person on the team and decides what they see. "Counter Carl gets these 3 boxes. Old-school Tom gets one big PUNCH IN button. Tech-savvy Jordan gets the whole stack." Save once. They never see the wrong stuff again. No training meetings. No "what's this menu?"
